The Tourism and Travel Management Program, which provides two-year associate degree education to meet the needs of well-educated, expert and qualified human resources of the tourism sector, which has become one of the most important and fundamental sectors of our country, aims to train young people who can do their jobs in English and on a computer, who can effectively use the information processing systems used in the sector, who do not need to receive a second education in the sector in addition to the professional knowledge and skills they have acquired at school, and who have adopted their professions as their way of life.

In the Tourism and Travel Management Program, students are provided with an education-training program that aims to provide them with competence and skills in the areas of carrying out transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, shopping, sports and entertainment services planned by the travel company; organizing domestic and international tours; managing tour programs; making reservations and ticketing transactions; informing customers about travel plans and programs (route, accommodation, stopover points, etc.); listening to their likes and complaints; and assisting in airport, customs, visa and similar procedures.

Tourism and Travel Management Program graduates are employed in a wide range of tourism and travel businesses, tour operator companies, agency passenger sales (ticketing) operations, accommodation businesses, as well as in advertising-promotion, fairs, marketing planning, sales and marketing control, order taking, in-store sales, etc.

In addition, Tourism and Travel Management Program graduates can continue their four-year undergraduate education by transferring to university departments such as business, logistics management, travel management, travel management and tourism guide teaching, etc. with the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS).
